2. What we collect

Very little: this site does not collect enquiries and does not broker installation contracts. There are no contact or quote forms.

• Installation guide purchase: e-mail address and transaction ID. Payments are processed by PayPal; we never store card data.
• Usage data: pages visited, device and browser, via Google Analytics and Google AdSense.
• Solar calculator: whatever you type is processed in your browser and is never sent to our servers or stored anywhere.

3. Why we use it

• Delivering a purchased guide: performance of the sales contract.
• Tax obligations arising from that sale: compliance with a legal obligation.
• Analytics and advertising: consent, which you can withdraw at any time from your browser settings.

4. Who we share it with

We do not pass your data to third parties for commercial purposes and we do not sell it. We use the following processors: Supabase (database hosting), Resend (e-mail delivery), Google (Analytics and AdSense), PayPal (payments) and AWS Amplify (site hosting).

5. Links to external shops

Guide pages contain affiliate links to shops such as Amazon. Following one takes you off this site and under that shop's own privacy policy and cookies. We receive no personal data about you from them.

6. How long we keep it

Purchase records are kept for the periods required by Spanish tax law. We keep no other contact database or mailing list.

7. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to info@whattopanel.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
